Co-founder of FIER Automotive and managing-partner Harm has over thirty years of experience in the automotive industry. Over the years he has build an extensive international network of researchers, governments, policy makers and OEMs. Among many other activities, Harm is the initiator of several groundbreaking international research projects and border crossing pilots in the field of electric mobility.
Fields of interest: Incentives for electric driving in Europe, policy making on national, regional and local level in Europe and the United States, electrifying trucks and heavy duty, vehicle-to-grid charging.
Edwin Bestebreurtje, Partner
Being an expert in strategic management and retail, managing-partner Edwin focuses on connecting the industry, resellers, fleet managers and end-users. Acting as the ‘linking pin’ in national and international networks, Edwin - who has been with the company from 2005 onwards – strives to unite all stakeholders needed to realize a mobile sustainable world.

Flip Oude Weernink, Manager New Mobility
A practical approach towards a sustainable society is what drives consultant Flip. At FIER Automotive, where he started working from 2010 onwards, Flip has a focus on sharing programs and concepts and the further development of ‘e-Mobility as a Service’ (eMaaS). In his work he balances the interests of governments, companies, institutions and end-users to initiate, develop and introduce sustainable mobility services.

Rob Kroon, Project Manager, mostly international
Europe is the focus of consultant Rob Kroon, who joined FIER Automotive in 2011. Among others, Rob is involved in European research projects about the uptake of the electric car market and joined Dutch-German efforts to electrify trucks of logistics companies. His ambition is to help Europeans learn from each other how they can make the transition from combustion engine powered fleets to sustainable electric ones.

Sem Bijvoets, Intern
During his Graduate Internship with FIER as an Automotive Engineering student, Sem is dedicated to deliver a technical contribution to the eGLM project (electric heavy duty trucks) . Within this project, Sem uses his expertise on trucks developing a usable configuration together with the eGLM partners. Sem's ambition is to develop himself as an technical automotive expert with commercial and managerial skills.

Inge Weken, Office Manager
As a former physiotherapist Inge made the change to work at FIER Automotive in 2006. Since then she works as office manager, organizer of events and she assists our experts in different projects.
